Get an up-close look at the sets, props, and special effects that bring the nightmare to life, plus access to backstage areas rarely seen by the public. Along the way, we will share inside stories, horror tricks of the trade, and answer your burning questions.

Five minutes. Completely alone. No escape unless you beg for it.

Looking to push your night at Terror Vault to the absolute limit? Enter the Escape Tomb, an intense five minute solo fear challenge created for guests who crave something even more extreme. You’ll meet the Executioner, who will place a bag over your head and lead you deep into the bowels of the historic San Francisco Mint, to a place previously inaccessible to the public. There, completely alone, you’ll be sealed inside the Escape Tomb and challenged to endure whatever awaits you in the darkness.

You may surrender and end the experience at any time, but only the bravest will make it to the end and conquer the Escape Tomb. Tickets available in-person.
